She is Nadya Meyher, one of the members of the Russian Group ВИА ГРА or Nu-Virgos as known in USA, and the avatar is a fragment from the video of one of their best known songs "Brillianty" (or "Dimonds". I posted somwhere here a link to that video). She was born in Ukraine (as 4 out of the 5 members that has been part of the group), on april 10th, and is very talented and pretty !!! Now, this is Vera Brezhneva, the only Russian on the group. Born in February 3rd in the suburb of Dnepropetrovsk - Dneprodzerzhinsk town, she is considered as the most beautiful of the trio.
