Hey!! this is a nice topic!
I suggest to put the names of the books even on its original language, if the translated name is not available, proved that the author of the book is also posted, so we can look for it on Internet, in case we decide to read it...

In my case, I think it's easy, most of the authors have been translated to English, and are well known, so even the way are translated they will be easily identified...

For example:

"100 years of loneliness" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez (Nobel Prize of Literature) is one of my favorites
"20 poems of love and a desperate song" by Pablo Neruda (Nobel Prize)
"Poems of love and dis-love" by Mario Benedetti ("Poemas de Amor y Desamor" original title, I know was translated but don't know the way they did)
Of course, Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra (surely all you know this)

And well, those are for now, hope u guys post some more...

I read a book called "Gene is selfish, therefore capitalism" recently. (Don't think there's an Eng. version) it was quite interesting, simply explains the evolution, function and behaviour of the universe & the living things.(Based on Richard Dawkins's and Darwin's theories) I can put that to my favs.
