pffft... i made mine by hand (screen shotting each frame and pasting into photoshop then converting layers to frames)
yours looks to good to of done that without a program

here are 2 gifs that i made with paint and microsoft gif animator when i was about 14... they are the first ones i ever made

(sry i'm to lazy to go to image shack =P and i think you can only attach one thing)

I use photoshop for everything ...

I think i actually SSed about 90 of them and ended using 77 of them, took me maybe 2 or 3 hours to make the whole thing, it was a good way to put of doing my homework

yea sry... you guys managed to post 2 new posts before i got that one off

but what do u do in photoshop? can you convert avi to gif? am i missing something?
i have photoshop 7.0 and imageready 7.0

i capture the screen and post it as a layer in photoshop and then once im done i crop it and then save it as a .psd
i then open it in imageready and click convert layers to frames and then i just mess around with the settings and save it as gif
