I have been a premium member for some time now.Today I find my username and email does not exist on the webpage or forum. I reregistered using my old info but came in as a non premium member. Can you help me with this?

I've been a member for about a year now. I got an email at starchild888@aol.com about the new victoria secret video, but my username no longer worked. I purchased a premium membership before, but was once again prompted to buy another one. I sent another $15 donation, but I still haven't recieved anything. My paypal email was alexcachaldora@gmail. Can you please reinstate my premium membership and possibly refund my second, (most recent) payment through paypal. Thank you, I really enjoy being a member of your site.
