Hola to my favorite mods Smiler
I'm just wondering what your favorite freeware photo editor is and where you got it from Smiler
I looked through the utilities forum and only found of one and a half (Photoscape sounds too puney, that's why it only counts as a half). I don't want a 3d imager or ray tracer.
I know my ol' buds wont let me down... ready, get set, go!!!

Oops Pab
Sorry I didn't see ur note bfore, hope is not too late

and well, personally I like a lot IrfanView, it does have some image processing capabilities, usually enough to do the job, and also as a pre-processing for later use with more complex programs like Corel or Photoshop. It's also the best image converter that you can find

But if u like those "Kodak EasyShare" types, that can manage ur images from downloading them from the cam til red-eye reducting and some effects, creating collages and so on, this two do a good job:

Photoscape

Corel Snapfire

(also here: Snapfire )

A more complex one is MrImage, it has more functions than all the above (except so good image conversion as IrfanView), but also it does requires more skills to manage it

Personally, I prefer to use IranView combined with a paid software, as I mentioned bfore, since I haven't have find an easy to use and comparable freeware image processor that could be used instead of paid software (for raster images, only)

(contrary to video Editors or Vector Image processors. Sometimes you can do even better jobs using freeware than paid ones)
