Well, a Forum like this, can use several utilities to improve quality on viewing, posting, listening etc., videos, photos and sound files. Even some translators that help better understanding among forum participants will be OK.

Other things that can be posted here might be:
Programing libraries, bug fixers, file updates and so on.

You can use VideoDub or ZS24
Open your video and save it on the new format.

Maybe there is anothr convertor, let's see what Ruy can find for us
